STEM week post.

I chose this picture for my poster because he made my work easier and funnier to do. He was one of my childhood shows on nickelodeon. So when I heard I had to do a science fiction poster I thought of him. It was a blast making him in my poster. So yeah this is my STEM week science fiction picture.

The Breakfast Club

In the breakfast club the character that impacted me the most was the kid who was really messed up. The most believable character was the nerd. Because he was really respectfull and honest. The least believable character was the rich girl. Because of her atitude and her personality. I'd choose the nerd because he is really responsible and is a great person. I agree of their essay because their just kids enjoying their life and having fun.

Zathura

I dont know about the audience but I think that the father didnt spent that much quality time on his children. The boys were always fighting. Actually I havent had problems like that. They met the astrounat and resolved it by spending quality time.

Star Wars

I"ve seen all of the star wars b movies. I would recommend to my friends and family Episode 1. I would recommend it because most of the people say that the movie starts at Episode 4 and I recommend it because you can understand the movie a lot more. Because it was one of the first movies to be battles in space so yeah it was really popular in the community. But the thing that this movie has that everyone likes is the battles.

Alien

I agree that the main idea of the movie is to give suspense to the viewers and to get them scared. A nightmare on Elm Street, Friday the 13th, Twilight, The Exorcist, etc. have achieved the suspense in the movie. To me the movie that stood out has to be Exorcist just because of the fact that it"s an old movie it scares the heck out of you. The director did an amazing job just because of the actors and the effects. The bed humbling was an effect that made you think thee was a devil in there. the effects really helped the movie stood out and that is why they're so important.

Ink Heart

I don't know to me it feels the same to hold a real book or a phone book. Yes, I think most of the people who read is because they feel in the book. I actually had that feeling when I read Hunger Games. 

It made me feel suspense, tense and adventurest. I goosebumps reading the book but since that day I tried reading other books but it just didn't feel tge same. Ink Heart is a really magical movie because you feel like your int he movie. It was tremendus to watch this movie lots of fun and would surely watch again.

The princess Bride

I spoted the three musketers as a fairytail in the movie. The action was the element that mostly attracted the grandson. I agree that not even death can stop true love. My meaning of love is when two people cant be without eachother. The movie was like most of the kids from before. The kid could'nt sleep so he needed a story but now kids are really close to technology that you don't see that anymore. I would've really love to pass trough that experience but one of my grandpa dyed and the other one lives far away but anyways the movie was good.

Popeye

Popeye was a really fun movie to watch. My favorite song was when Olive sang ''He's large'' because it was really funny and it's a catchy song. I think the movie was good but there were a few parts where I got really bored. My favorite scene from the movie was when Popeye meets his dad, that part made me laugh so hard just because Popeyes dad kept rejecting Popeye. I think he was impressed with the film because if you see the film its kinda like this classy movie that throws these stupid jokes but makes you laugh anyways. Really enjoyed the time watching this film.

Little boy

The huge scene that affects us has to be the bullying. In my opinion it has to be bullying because it is here now in day and it's a topic known. Little boy had a thing to do and for me the hardest one was to give food to the homeless because the little boys brother didn't support the japanesem, and the easy one was to be friends with the japanese because he was just an innocent boy. I would've found the most difficult one to be bury the dead because that just doesn't sound great to me and the easiest had to be feed the hungry just because I can make a homemade meal and give it to him. So yeah i would like it becuse it came from me, from my heart and I really loved this movie and I liked how they tooked the movie to faith so I recommend it to see it with your family.

Arthur Christmas

Yes, I think that every child deserves a christmas gift because I honestly think that everyone deserves a second chance in life. The little girl was expecting a pink bycicle i think it was. Yeah she was excited and expecting the gift. I know because i've been in that fase of life when im expecting and hoping that Santa brings me the gifts I want and asked for. The difference is that every Santa have different actions and preference. I prefer the old grumpy Santa just because how sentimental he was in the movie. Its important because whats the point if you see him its better to stay with the ilusion and hope that he'll bring me presents. Luckily I have never seen Santa but my step mom was the one who told me that Santa doesn't excist and i really didn't want her to tell me that when i was only 7 years old. The ideas they give is how many childs are missing theyre presents and this is like a checklist. I found it pretty logical because its an invention like a check list. I enjoyed the movie and I recommend it.

                    Adventures of baysitting
My first impressions on this movie was that I thought it was a chick flick. To me the directors message is that everything in life happens for a reason or has a purpose and you gotta have fun in life you know time flies. The central goal it has to be to get out of the gang situation and do it safely. Umm the only scene to me that has the most value it has to be how the mechanic dude helps the babysitter, it was really nice and generous about him to do that for them. The least valued part has to be when the mechanic goes to kill some guy that sleeps with his wife. The most interesting seen to me has to be when the kids are at their fathers party and they try to avoid getting caught,

Monster House
My feelings for monster house are really weird  because the movie is weird and childish but I enjoyed the funny parts. In monster house the superstition is how the woman's spirit got the house. The issue that needed to be resolved was to let the house die and let its spirit free. They resolved it in a kinda successful way because the house got to die but when I saw the man i saw him like if he was going to be lonely and sad. The kids learned to stop being so nosy and to respect others property.

Hocus Pocus
My feelings for the movie is that it was really funny in the way of the witches act and how the kids treated the witches. The superstitions of the movie where that the witches i think that it was that they sucked the kids lifes to get young and attractive. The issue was to don't let the witches drain any kids lifes until midnight and it was resolved because they couldn't drain any kids lifes and they could let the boys spirit off the cat. In this movie they also learned to stop being nosy because that is why they got to that problem.

Frankenweenie just made me cry. This movie got me really sentimental and impacted me. When i was watching the movie i wanted to just do what Victor did. But the movie has a good message and it shows how the parents want him to stop the pain and suffering of losing the dog. So they would do anything to make their son happy. But yeah its a really good movie I would definitely recommend it.

This movie shows how a little kid got feelings for an extraterrestrial alien . This little boy was a really creative and pationate boy and so this alien got to earth by accident and luckily got to the home of the boy. But in the movie we can see how the boy bonds and has a friendly relationship with E.T.. But seriously this movie got me a little sentimental in the last part but we have to learn to move because not everything is forever. So these are my thoughts on the movie.

   The goonies is a very meaningful movie. It teaches us to never give up. It teached me to no matter how hard the path is it isn't impossible and that i can do it. The goonies was really entertaining and lots of fun to watch and that is why i enjoyed watching the movie.

Brother bear is a really entertaining  movie. You can see in the movie how the protagonist (Kenai) that rejects his gift of love. Then during the movie his brother ''Sitka'' dies because he sacrificed himself to save his little brothers (Denaji and Kenai) so he fell of a cliff and died and the the bear managed to survive and get away. But Sitkas little brother (Kenai) wants to kill the bear to get his revenge. So when Kenai goes to get his revenge Denaji tells him " What of a man will that make you'' but Kenai still wants his revenge so he goes. But the message in the movie for me is that everything in life has a purpose and Kenai ended up taking care and full responsibility of the little bear.

Assessment #1

My toughs on the movie Horton hears a who is that its a really great movie. The message of the movie is really deep and also there is always someone telling you negative things and saying you cant do it and doesn't believe in you. But yeah Horton gives the kids on now in day to never give up no matter what happens or what people tell you. So yeah I saw in one of the scenes how the kangaroos son wants to believe in Horton and support him but his mom keeps trowing negative things and not letting his child be happy and enjoy his childhood and that's another message because the parents now and day have to learn about not thinking about themselves and start dedicating time to their children because then they'll feel alone and that's when they start getting confused and start being with bad people. But yeah the movie is amazing i love how they put the message in a way that the kids can understand it.
